When you place an order, you confirm that all details are accurate. We reserve the right to contact you to verify details before final acceptance.

2) Custom cake requests

Designs, flavors, and messages for custom cakes must be submitted before production starts. Once production has started, major changes may not be possible.

3) Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payment can be completed using available checkout methods. Orders are considered confirmed after successful payment or approved pay-later confirmation.

4) Delivery and pickup

Delivery times are estimated windows. For pickup, customers are responsible for collecting orders at the selected time. Delays caused by incorrect address or contact information are not our responsibility.

5) Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible. Eligibility for partial or full refunds depends on production status. Quality-related issues should be reported within 24 hours with photos when possible.

6) Allergies and product handling

Please review ingredient notes before ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens, and cross-contact may occur. After delivery or pickup, safe storage and handling are the customer's responsibility.

7) Account and acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
